WS-Enumeration - Unable to connect server

George Varghese
Hi,

I have trying to enumerate CIM_Process. For this purpose, I have using mod_wsman module which I was configured it in apache server. For sending soap request I have using, Poster tool of Firefox browser.
 url: http://localhost/wsman/

soap request content
<s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" xmlns:wsa="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing"
xmlns:wsman="http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wsman/1/wsman.xsd" xmlns:wsen="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/enumeration">
<s:Header>
<wsa:Action s:mustUnderstand="true">http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/enumeration/Enumerate</wsa:Action>
<wsa:To s:mustUnderstand="true">http://localhost/wsman/</wsa:To>
<wsman:ResourceURI s:mustUnderstand="true">http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wscim/1/cim-schema/2/CIM_Process</wsman:ResourceURI>
<wsa:MessageID s:mustUnderstand="true">uuid:52266859-416a-116a-8002-8bf1f5201300</wsa:MessageID>
<wsa:ReplyTo> <wsa:Address>http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing/role/anonymous</wsa:Address></wsa:ReplyTo>
</s:Header>
<s:Body>
<wsen:Enumerate><wsman:OptimizeEnumeration/>
</wsen:Enumerate>
</s:Body>
</s:Envelope>

But I got the response is,
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" xmlns:wsa="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing" xmlns:wsman="http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wsman/1/wsman.xsd"><s:Header><wsa:To>http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing/role/anonymous</wsa:To><wsa:Action>http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wsman/1/wsman/fault</wsa:Action><wsa:RelatesTo>uuid:52266859-416a-116a-8002-8bf1f5201300</wsa:RelatesTo><wsa:MessageID>uuid:f6e1ba37-d8e8-18e8-8003-dcc95e201300</wsa:MessageID></s:Header><s:Body><s:Fault><s:Code><s:Value>s:Receiver</s:Value><s:Subcode><s:Value>wsman:InternalError</s:Value></s:Subcode></s:Code><s:Reason><s:Text xml:lang="en">Couldn't connect to server</s:Text></s:Reason></s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>

if anybody faced this kind of issue , please update me .

Please help me.

Regards,
George

George,

as mantioned before, Openwsman is only a transport mechanism,
converting from WS-Management to CIM/XML. You need a correctly
configured CIMOM with suitable providers (i.e. for CIM_Process) in
order to enable the expected functionality.
